Teachers Cooperative Office Platform Design And Realization

With the widespread of the Internet, office systems have been widely used from Local-Area Network to Mobile-Office in all works of life. However, workflow-oriented automatic office system is far from meeting the requests of network transmission. Designing a coordination office system embed knowledge management has been a hot research subject at present.This thesis first analyzes the current situations of office systems in universities, and then makes an introduction about the workflow, Java EE, MVC, SSH. Moreover, it has developed a coordination office system based on document flow by studying coordination office system architecture, applying matured jBPM workflow engine technology. In aspects of platform design, the thesis offers requirement analysis and design about office systems based on UML adopting domain modeling approach from the point of view of object-oriented software engineering. The thesis adopts sequence diagrams and statechart diagrams to explain main operation flow, and designs and realizes such function modules in document flow as table customization, process definition and document flow. In addition, it makes a detailed analysis of operation flow in the process of document flow and people and departments involved, taking a practical process of document approval as an example. Finally, it concludes all the work and discusses the developing prospect of office system.The coordination office system designed in this thesis, based on workflow-center, makes it accessible for schools to work coordinately. It can collect, organize and exchange information between different people (including staff and students), between people and departments, between departments and departments, which can achieve its overall management goals effectively, improve office efficiency in universities and satisfy the needs of modern information management.
