The traditional control management is the way of distributed operations oriented data collected at the scene of industrial.In this manner,all the management module play the same goal,however, the efficiency of the system is reduced because of the Duplication of work caused by unsmooth Communicate between the ones.This paper do research about Management and coordination of the integrated monitoring system In industry on the basis of information communicating and Collaborativing between tasks.First, this paper proposes the integrated monitoring system based on workflow on the basis of Analysising the modules of supervision and control in the Intelligent Computer Monitoring System.In order to deal with cyclical data and control the time of module, the corresponding Timed Petri net was defined in this paper.This can help solve a very good field data collection and processing of the cyclical problem.In addition, in the process of data processing,the module also needs time constraints, Otherwise,the monitoring and management of Production process detected the time overruns,but the system did not take measures in time,there will be huge dangerous.Choosing the most appropriate route depending on the states can help to achieve the data flow control.In this paper a senior Petri net called Coloured Petri net was mentioned,it can help to choose the routing dynamicly. In this way,data flow control makes a great flexibility.This paper proposes a Hierarchy Petri net within this framework, each module of the internal structure of computing is not detail researched.We just consider the module as a complex place,and only think about the inspection between import and export parameters.There certainly were its corresponding function or the task decomposition in the complex place.In this way we can pave the way for the modular and simplify the Petri net.This is a method both modular and hierarchical thinking for the modeling actually.Moreover,in order to adapt the change of the external environment development,we co-ordinate the cost-price management in the point of management.Finally,we finished he dynamic modeling about the supervision and management of DMF recovery system.We understand the three modules about supervision and control which were widely used in industrial site at present,just as pattern recognition,statistical data and falut diagnosis.This experiment proved that the new Petri net very good dynamic coordinated the exchange of data between the modules.Moreover,it can choose the most optimal routing According to the actual state of the data,,in this way,the the monitoring system ensure the security and guarantee the timeliness.Experiments show that this system integrated by coordination and management based on Petri net can establish a chemical process management system effective,so it has broad prospects for development.
