Joint Regional Radio Monitoring System Integrated Design

With the highly rapid development of wireless application technology, the electromagnetic environment becomes more and more complex. If human want to make good use of the resource, we must enforced the exploitation, utilization, and management of the electromagnetic spectrum. Enforced management of the electromagnetic environment becomes an important task of the radio management branch. Beyond the administrate measures, legal measures, economic measures, radio management department also need necessary technology measures. Currently clash and conflict of using frequency gets more and more standing out. Radio monitor work looks more important.On the base of analysis the actual status of various province or city radio monitor system in the Changing River triangle area, and some problems of collaboration radio monitor, to construct a uniform cooperative radio monitor system integration technique flat plane is presented in this dissertation. Then the design thoughts of section systems are gave. In Chapter Four and Chapter Five, dissertation gives out the detail design scheme of the two section system. They are data-base section system and GIS (Geographic Information System) section system. In Chapter four, data form design is gave out for the radio station frequency datum and radio monitor datum, then important words design also is presented. In Chapter five, the frame of the GIS system is presented and its part key technique was researched. Integration technique flat plane can enforce the area radio management and improve the monitor work and radio electromagnetic space order.
