Research Of Radio Spectrum Monitor And Management System

Kinds of communication tools have embedded into common life. Communication tool occupied frequency bandwidth, the demands of radio spectrum grow stably, the frequency conflict is more rigorous. The normal work of radio communication tool was ensured by spectrum management. Monitor is the foundation of management, which measure the basic parameter of radio transmit. The whole electromagnetism environment was realized in the end.This paper mainly describes radio monitor and management system, including of system platform with C/S , development of network layer with ACE,development of three-dimensional display widget with OpenGL and so on. Stable system was constructed based on mature system platform of three-tier C/S. Software of radio monitor and management was worked in heterogeneous structure. ACE could resolve the heterogeneity of structure. Three-dimensional display technology could be used to provide datum and guidance for the monitor, compare the history record with later. The result of development and test report were given in the end.
