With the development of information technology, people's demand and dependency of wireless network are increasing. The stability of wireless network is related to the security and the stability of people's communication network. But as a matter of fact, there are unstable factors existed in wireless network that plaguing people's communication life. An important factor leading to instability of wireless network is unstable power environment. Thus power environment monitoring and management of communication base stations becomes an important work of communication base stations, so Communication Base Station Power Environment Monitoring Information Management System becomes the platform requirement of the staff of communication base stations.The system used C/S architecture, C# language,.Net and Winform technology. The combination of.Net and Winform technology had a significant effect on the user interface optimization. The technical architecture of the system had presentation layer, business layer and data layer. The presentation layer mainly contained UI user interface, which was supported by. Net, Winform and other graphic controls, and was connected with logic business of business layer through UI logic. In the business layer, the main business logic was composed of alarm view, video management, access management, value-added service application, report management and system management, and was formed to complete and strict business logic through the rights management component and the dictionary management component. In the data layer, as the enterprise library component of.Net development framework, Enterprise Library provided data access, exception management, data validation and other data services, and connected to the database to handle user requests and response data to users. The database was Microsoft SQL Server 2014.After implementation, the system provides the functions of alarm view, video management, access management, value-added service application, report management, and system management. Alarm view included alarm inquiry, alarm information, and alarm output. Video management included real-time monitoring, recording management and camera parameter settings. Access management included department staff management, access control, regional card settings, access control function settings, access control initialization, view the access control status and view access control events. Value-added service application included adding value-added services, real-time statistics for the whole network alarm, active alarm statistics, status change prompt, alarm upgrade reports, real-time data customization display, configuration management and online configuration. Report management included reports management, combination management, reporting inquiry. System management included backup management, station type management, mass mailing configuration, SMS group send configuration, user management, configuration rights, and group management.Communication Base Station Power Environment Monitoring Information Management System can meet the needs of the staff of communication base stations about the monitoring and management work of power environment, and provide a good platform support for the monitoring work at the same time, saving manpower, material resources and financial resources.
