DC operation power system plays an important role in the proper operating condition of factory power supply, communications and power stations. The reliability and stability of the DC operation power system relates directly to the security of power stations and substations. By applying the computer technology for monitoring the appearance of circulation of DC operation power system, it plays an important role on improving the reliability and stability of the DC operation power system.In this paper, the history, present condition and development trends of the DC power supply system is introduced, analyzing the function and the technology request of the DC power supply system, designed the total construction of the DC power supply system which based on CAN bus.In this paper, the main technology of the monitoring of the DC operation power system is researched, applied by the computer technology, power electronic technology and communications technology, designed many types of DC operation power system mold, which can monitor the DC operation power system intelligently:1. It makes the use of the CAN bus to implement the communications between the monitor modules, overcomes the disadvantages of low speed of the traditional serial transmission, easy to be disturbed, short communication distance and high-costs, improves the reliability and stability of the power system.2. It can complete the intelligent management of power system's DC charge,adopts advanced low difference self-determination current sharing technology.3. It carries out the blocking and net administration of the insulated monitor of the DC bus .It adopts difference-check method to realize the DC monitor .and as a result it possess a lot of advantages, such as simple realization methods, free of the influence of the capacitors in the circuits, not any effects on the dc systems while detected.4. It adopts advanced and smart management of storage battery,and can monitor the voltage,the current,the coulomete of the temperature of the single cell as well as the overall voltage and current of the pile intelligently.5. Because of the adoption of the single-chip microcomputer as the system monitor module, the use of the LCD as the displaying module, and the film keyboard, the power system owns the excellence of simple man-machine interface, and it is convenient, visual and easy to be manipulated.In this paper, we have made detailed hardware and software designs, and in order to validate the practicability and reliability of the system, we also make the corresponding experiments.
