The thesis primarily expounds the design and implementation of the software platform in performance test system for vehicle Automated Mechanical Transmission, and gives the design scheme and process of this system. From the reliability, accuracy, practicability and economy point of view, Visual C++ programming language, as the main software development environment, is used to realize Human-Computer interaction on software platform during the design scheme.The microcomputer is used to act as CPU to control the entire system. In order to achieve the collection and display of the performance parameters, the system integers many technology, such as USB-bus and CPLD. This software platform has a better way to coordinate with hardware platform, and realizes the requirements, such as Human-Computer interaction friendly in graphical interface, higher quality of visualization, and so on. Finally, the platform guarantees that the entire system satisfies the design requirements, and has a high automatic level.The thesis is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction .This chapter discusses the scientific basis of topic development, the status quo of domestic and overseas present situations, the research significance, the main research content and expected targets about the subject.Chapter 2 is the composition of the software platform. This chapter simply introduces the contents, including of the overall structure of performance test system and its design overview, hardware structures and the overview of software platform structure, and so on. Chapter 3 is the realization of software platform.This chapter mainly introduces the realization of each module's function in software platform and data transmission. This chapter elaborates in detail for the realization method of the important part in design process for software platform.Chapter 4 is the key technology application. This chapter mainly analyzes the causes for the problems appeared in the design process of software platform, and resolve them.In short, this chapter expounds the key technology that applied in the design process with the way of solving problems.Chapter 5 is the testing and analysis of system performance.The last chapter makes the performance tests for the whole system, including of transmission speed of USB, save rate of PC, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and performance of the entire system. Only in this way can we reveal many concepts of the whole system's performance, and generalize the design philosophy of the software platform. We can make various kinds of performance tests for the software platform in performance test system. The conclusions as follow.1. Multithreading mechanism is used to improve the parallel efficiency of CPU and the quality of data transmission.This mechanism reduces the congestion when a lot of data are read and displaied, and realizes the minimal delay. Therefore, we can ensure the real-time data acquisition and data processing.2. This design takes the method of the hardware and software to conduct the noise reduction and anti-interference processing. Therefore, we can ensure the high precision of data acquisition and processing in this way. The experiment shows that the software platform has a better way to coordinate with hardware platform, and realizes the performance test for various kinds of AMT.This design can ensure that the entire performance test system has the versatility, stable and reliable characters, and meets operation requirements of vehicles under various kinds of operating environments.
