With the fast development of electronic technology and the modernization of the army, electronic equipments plays a very important role in the national defense. Electronic counterwork becomes one of the most important operation means of modern warfare. Radar interference technology is a basilic part of the electronic counterwork and this technology is widely applied. In order to decrease costs and to debug more conveniently, we need to develop dedicated testing platform to make function verification and data analysis for these equipments. This wave-generation and data-acquisition test card based on our project is a testing system just made for a decoy-target radar jammer. It provides pulse signals for the radar jammer and collects interference signals from the jammer.This dissertation introduces the general design and theory base of the test card, illustrates the realization process of every functional module and the main points of the debugging. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1. Applications and main tasks are introduced.2. The general design of the radar jammer test system is proposed. And we briefly introduced some related digital signal process theories.3. About the hardware design, we illustrated the circuit design and discussed the chip selection and realization of the A/D converter module, DDC module, DDR data memory module, wave-generation module , CPCI interface module,FPGA encypt module. Then we introduced the PCB layering method and the key points of the place & route of the PCB.4. About the software design, we introduced the working principal and analyzed the communication process of the application program and the driver.5. We illustrated the key points in the debugging of the system modules and proposed solutions for some frequent questions. At last, we showed the debugging results.
