In disasters today,how to better cope with disasters become urgent needs to solv -e,disaster information with relay,timely getting influence all aspects of disaster relief disaster with process.How to realize the effective spreading of hazard information,dis aster information could get good communication becomes the key can effective gover -nance disaster. Our current emergency management of disaster, in theory method and technology and application practice has made considerable progress, also Study Angle numerous,but mostly stays in the case study level.System research needs to be strengt -hened.In real communication practice,still exists some shortcomings,this just is worki -ng towards.So,explore disasters dissemination of information is significant perfect ou -r country's disaster information dissemination theory results and practical experience also become a top priority.This paper analyzed the research purpose is in the spread of disaster information every link processes,combines the advanced information dissemination experience, our country and foreign currently achieved in,find out the existing problems.And on the analysis of information transmission mode and constructing disasters on the basis of mechanism construction,summarized the perfect our country's disaster information dissemination countermeasures.This thesis mainly discusses three aspects of the subje -ct: One,existing problems; Second,transmission mode of construction and mechains r - esearch; Three,countermeasures study. How to improve disaster information dissemi - nation work, how to give full play to the government and the news media front positi -ve role, how the public better accept application disaster information, disaster preven -tion and mitigation,all kinds of folk organizations how to spread disaster information, will be the main contents of this paper.Research results show that:China's disaster information transmission mechanism is gradually consummation,but still exist problems. Based on the existing based on the theory of information transmission,constructs the disaster information transmission of three modes.Analyzes and summarizes our disaster information dissemination has preliminarily formed three mechanisms. In the aftermath of former,and post-disaster, suggest government,media,public with information as the information receiver throu -gh the benign information interaction, achieve information communication timeliness, effectiveness and disaster mitigation, and ensure smooth general characteristic of each work smoothly.This paper adopts many kinds of research methods:literature,questionnaire surve -y,comparative analysis and so on, mainly based on literature analysis and empirical r -esearch method. In large gathering sorting data and empirical research basis,fusion th -e communication and crisis management theory,in order to draw their own opinions a -nd conclusion.
