| Disasters directly threaten the safety of human life and property, and is closely related to human production and life. In recent years, various types of disasters causing great concern to the public in our country. Media as society "Outlook", how to effectively carry out devastating news dissemination is the main purpose of this study.The thesis firstly to talk about the role of media, explore the meaning and characteristics of the disaster news. The thesis surveys the history of the disaster affairs, tick profile of China's disastrous news dissemination from the political standard-based to propaganda standard-based, and then to the context-based. China's devastating news has great change at the same time there is still have some problems. Lack of warning reports, lost of news values, and the problem of lack the humanistic care. For these issues to strengthen pre-disaster early-warning information reports and improve the regulation and control mechanisms, as well as to strengthen awareness of audience services and improve the quality of journalists. Finally, the media focus on how to carry out devastating news and make four major strategies: positioning strategy, in-depth strategy, multi-media strategy and differentiation strategy. These specific research studies in the past few expositions can play a role, mainly in the hope that media can help the public and the Government through the disaster smoothly. |
