The Research In Science And Technology Communication Of Minority Areas In China

This research begin with the cross-cultural communication theory, mainly use the communication theory as base while the sociology, ethnology theories as the auxiliary theory support. People live in minority areas was the research object, and through the research in science and technology communication of minority areas found some factors effect science and technology communication. In this research also discuss how to solve technology communication problems in minority areas. At the same time, scientific and technology information have same negative effects to minority areas in the process of communication; this paper also tries to discuss how to counter those questions. This research in theoretical applications involving communication multiple branch discipline of communication theoretical framework, with other related disciplines crossover study made a useful in practice is discussed, at the same time, the paper in order to promote excluded the prosperity and development of the ethnic minorities, have realistic meanings.Based on the analysis of the relevant study, this paper give three key words-"science and technology communication" "audience in minority areas" "the influence factors of science and technology communication effect" some new meanings. Meanwhile, from three aspects-symbols, channels, environment- in science and technology communication summarize and analysis the influence factors, and puts forward some basic hypothesis:1. Minority areas of science and technology information exchange is showing three kinds of dissemination way:Science and technology popularization, Folk technology inheritance, The modernization development of folk technological; 2. Science and technology communication in minority areas exists a significant gap by different culture; 3.The mainly barriers in minority areas of science and technology communication includes:political, economic, population, cultural, the ability of use media and customs regulate; 4.Customs regulate and the ability of use media are mainly barriers, the rest are hidden factors;5.All of those barriers have some interactions, it also means eliminating one of those, the others could be change.6. Mass media maybe take some negative impacts on the progress of science and technology communication in minority areas.According to those assumptions, this paper mainly deal with these questions:The structure of science and technology communication in minority areas; The effect of science and technology communication in the minority areas; The obstacles of technology communication in minority areas; The measure of how to prove the impact of science and technology communication; Negative influence of science and technology communication in minority areas.This thesis mainly adopts empirical research method to research all the assumptions. This study selects xiangxi autonomous to take questionnaire. This study used software----SPSS13.0 to analysis statistics.The research result shows that all the hypotheses in this research have been through inspection. But some parts of those hypotheses have some changes in the result. According to above analysis and summary, this article put forward the ending part of the ethnic minority regions technology communication cross-cultural thinking and establish minority areas the idea of comprehensive mechanism and technology communication. Though this paper had make some suggestion, there are also have some problems should be discussed in further research.
