Analysis On The Multiple Interactive Mechanism Of Crisis Communication In Ethnic Minority Areas

In today's ‘risk society' context,regardless of the government,organization or the public,it is possible to be in crisis at any time,and crisis communication has become an inevitable topic.Today,with the development of economic and media technology,the pattern of crisis communication has also changed.From the one-way communication of the government-media-public to the government-media-publicmedia-government To the propagation mode.Because of their own special attributes,ethnic areas differ from traditional crisis transmission modes in the mode of crisis communication.This paper first analyzes the social system of ethnic areas and the special attributes of ethnic areas.Then,taking Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example,it selects two cases of crisis events,a natural disaster and a social event to analyze the crisis transmission mode of ethnic areas.Through research,combined with the particularity of ethnic regions,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between crisis communication in ethnic regions and the spread of crisis in general regions,and analyzes the roles and functions of government,the public,and the media in crisis communication.Through the analysis of materials and the study of cases,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions: the crisis communication mode in ethnic areas is mainly based on government-led crisis communication,the government will formulate policies based on the reality of ethnic areas;media in ethnic areas The main role of crisis communication is news reports and news propaganda.It is easy to appear single and model reports in news reports.The public participation in crisis communication in ethnic areas is relatively low,and the internal public is mainly interpersonal communication.Lord,the use of the Internet and new media is also very low.This paper mainly analyzes the relevant materials of the government departments of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,and lays a foundation for further research on crisis communication in ethnic areas.
