Deformation monitoring is one of the important work in the construction of High-speed railway. Through the data and information that deformation monitoring provide, we can warn and forecast in order to prevent unnecessary and loss for Engineering and Social. By using the method of deformation monitoring with the characteristic of long cycle and high frequency, we will obtain tens of thousands points. It is almost impossible to analyse and forecast by artificial method. Besides, with the rapid development of network technology, Internet has increasingly become the default platform for developing application. It is the best choice to building applications based on B/S structure. RIA is a kind of Web application which has the approximate functions and characteristics of desktop application. It has irreplaceable advantage in the aspects of Interface expressive, interactive capacity and network transmission. Meanwhile, the application of Web GIS make GIS serve for more people. Therefore, develop a deformation monitoring early warning and management system for High-speed railway with the function of data processing online, data analyzing, early warning and management Combining the advantage of RIA technology and Web GIS technology that can meet the requirement of Information Surveying.Based on the above analysis, the thesis firstly deeply presents the methods to control the data quality of deformation monitoring, research on the Classification and improvement method for the existing evaluation criteria, predictive model applicability and optimal model selection method and the comfort assessment method with regional subsidence. On this basis, it summarizes the early-warning indexes which play a part in alert and forecast in the deformation monitoring early warning and management system.Secondly, on the guarantee data quality and reliable evaluation analysis method, studies on the technology of RIA and Web GIS, include Silverlight, Bing Maps, Web Service and Database management technology. The thesis puts forward the implementation scheme for how to construct the deformation monitoring early warning and management system based on Silverlight-RIA technology. It makes the general design, function design and database design according to the demand analysis.Finally. by implementing the deformation monitoring early warning and management prototype system for High-speed railway verify the feasibility of the key technology and Technical Scheme.
