Nowadays, China has become the country with the longest high-speed railway and alsothe railway in the highest speed. Unlike the common railway, the high-speed railway runs fast,and when it passing through it generates stronger dynamic load and bigger impact on theroadbed.So peoples has put forward higher requirements to the design, construction andtesting of the high-speed railway roadbed. It brings serious influence to the operation safety ofthe train when the railway roadbed changes greatly and also it brings great harm to people’slife and property safety. Therefore, to design a kind of roadbed deformation monitoringsystem features fully functional, cost-effective, easy-using is important significant.At present, the roadbed testing instrument is mostly designed for construction andacceptance in our country, and it is hard to detect the change of the roadbed when the train isin operation. According to the national train inspection standards and analyzed the roadbedtesting instrument and testing method, in this paper, I come up with a kind of railway roadbedmultipoint monitoring and control system scheme to detect the deformation of the railwayroadbed based on LAMP(Linux operating system+Apache server software+MySQL datamanagement system+PHP hypertext preprocessor). This design adopts the capacitance sensor,low power consumption microprocessor and related algorithm to achieve the roadbeddeformation detection; ZigBee technology is adopted to transmit the testing data; LAMPserver is constructed and also designed a dynamic web pages and web server applications Onembedded ARM11platform, data storage,forwarding and monitor railway roadbeddeformation for remote users; With the help of the B/S mode structure, the upper monitoringsystem is designed, and also I design the remote monitoring system based on Android mobile;The system runs long-term table based on the solar power and lithium battery power supplydesign.It is convenient for people to carry and operation this system. Proved by the test andoperation, the system realizes the multipoint real-time measurement of railway roadbedsurface deformation, and we can monitor the system on-site, remote monitoring based on PC,moving monitoring based on the Android mobile, the system can meet the designrequirements.
