In recent years,the market competition in the financial industry has intensified,and the internal business scope of the bank has also been continuously extended.As the business growth rate exceeds the expected value,major banks generally suffer from weaknesses in financial information supervision,high probability of illegal operations,weak supervision and early warning capabilities,and other disadvantages.The risk early warning and monitoring system in the financial industry is the result of the financial system reform.The risk monitoring and early warning system plays an important role in deterring financial changes and improving financial supervision.Minsheng Bank decided to develop the system to improve its financial warning and monitoring capabilities.The retail asset risk monitoring and early warning system adopts the Windows operating system for development.The B/S model is used to design the application program and the client side of system,and the Tomcat server is used to process the client's instructions.The J2EE integration architecture is used to build the model layer and view layer of the system.According to the more popular MVC design ideas,the system structure is further subdivided.The data in the system is selected and stored in the SQL Server 2014 database.The control layer selects the Tomcat server to process data and instructions,and uses HTML,CSS and other scripting languages to design the view layer.The services implemented by the system include early warning work order workstations,early warning management,daily inspections,and query summary.The functions implemented in the work station work of the forewarning work order include the automatic warning work order allocation,the automatic early warning work order approval,the automatic early warning work order feedback,the continuous early warning work order management,and the automatic early warning work order inquiry;the operations implemented in the early warning management function include pending work order management and early warning work order initiation;the operations performed in the daily inspection function include the initiation of the daily inspection work order for the customer dimension and the initiation of the macro special inspection work order for the customer;the functions implemented in the query summary function include job ticket record query,customer query,quota status query,and quota change status query.Minsheng Bank's retail asset risk monitoring and early warning system will effectively supervise and contain potential financial risks and improve the quality of work and the efficiency of Minsheng Bank personnel.The all-round monitoring and early warning system can quickly and accurately locate risks and effectively reduce the loss of Minsheng Bank.
