Xuexiang in Heilongjiang is a popular ice and snow tourist area that has emerged in recent years,but recent tourist crisis has occurred frequently.In the face of the new media environment,the crisis information dissemination model has changed,but the crisis public relations strategy of Xuexiang has rarely changed.This paper takes the snowtown tourism crisis in early 2018 as the research object,and analyzes in detail the process of the snowtown crisis information generation,the channels of communication and the network public opinion generated by the crisis.On the basis of this,the vertical crisis life cycle is the theoretical basis to study the crisis public relations behavior of the Xuexiang government,and the victim strategy,public strategy,media strategy and internal strategy in the snow town government crisis public relations strategy are studied horizontally.The government's crisis public relations is in a passive situation,and public relations information still uses traditional news media as the main communication channel.On the basis of the above research,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the crisis management,information dissemination and public strategy,and the public crisis of the operator in the Xuexiang crisis public relations,and proposes corresponding strategies to establish a perfect crisis public relations mechanism for Xuexiang.Provide a reference.
