Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Financial System Based On Workflow

With the boom of the Internet and e-commerce, face up to the development of the complex and volatile Management Information System, traditional design of flow has not satisfied the current demand. The previous business process managements show up some disadvantages, such as lack of flexibility and interoperability, in face of the dynamic managements among the departments and organizations, it seems impossible. Confront the disadvantages of the traditional workflow; we need an advanced workflow management system which can provide validated control and management to business flow.Many enterprises are facing the challenge and dilemma of integrating diverse IT systems, Developers must first solve communication-level integration issues, ensuring that systems using different transport protocols and data formats can exchange information. Another important problem is how their various IT systems can interact to support business processes. The emergence of SOA and the combination of BPM can solve some of the information islands problem effectively; SOA advocates a general approach to integrating diverse systems. Service interoperability is paramount, the enterprise service bus is a new middleware technology that provides SOA-required features, the ESB can make services reorganized and provides Interoperability.Process is the key concept in SOA, what the process mainly concerned is the business process, and which it solved is that it can make many different roles transfer document and information based on some previously rulers or the process can run automaticly, and for this reason, we can realize the previoius goal or propel the realization of the goal.This article introduces the Workflow Management System reference model and the implement of the interface combined of the project I participated in the internship process, reseach the applition of the Workflow Management System in the banking system. In the bank credit system, we analize how the specific bussiness flow dispatch and control with the help of the Workflow Management System and then we can put optimization and recombination on the business flow and it can improve the enterprise operational efficiency overall. This topic gives an analyze of the workflow technology, and a research about the workflow model and how to make models. Through analyze the workflow need, we provide a workflow engine plug-in component based on an open source frame: JBPM, we use visual BPM flow model tool to realize the modeling of the workflow. The bank credit system applies SSH frame and MVC design model which can separate the business logic and control data, reduce the coupling which in favor of system maintenance and expansion.
