Improvement Of Jbpm Workflow System Applied Research

Workflow technology is the combinative technology of process modeling and management technology on the background of rapidly developing information technology and network technology. By using of workflow technology, users can amend the whole business process easily if any business changes, to reduce the amount of modifying the code, and the cost of building information systems. Currently in China, with investment in the information industries, construction and development, workflow technology slowly has begun to be used in business process management system, which needs updated occasionally. Workflow technology was raised during the mid nineties of last century, the theory and implementation related to technical problems in the exploration of space is relatively large, so the workflow technology research and application is of great significance.This paper selects jBPM as research object, which is one of the framework among open source workflow engines, widely used in China. It mainly analyses the structure of workflow systems, related features of jBPM workflow engine, and its virtual machine . After the study, jBPM is not a complete workflow management system, since it is not perfect in function in the process monitoring and process management. Without taking China's national conditions into consideration in the design of jBPM, it cannot meet the demand of temporary dynamic. Therefore, in order to better apply jBPM practical project, this research work to do the following:(1) We analyse the source code of the jBPM workflow engine from the perspective of workflow management systems and design patterns , to provide technical basis for further improvement.(2) Follow the lightweight enterprise application framework development ideas, and build a Web-based process monitoring devices based on the jBPM to the list of running process instances way real-time monitoring. Meanwhile, for the specific process instance, we will monitor the operation of the process instance graphically. Analyse of the internal workflow applications in the face of a variety of temporary dynamic demand to sign and delegate, for example, put forward their solutions to the corresponding jBPM.(3) Apply the updated jBPM workflow technology to a typical application for approval for reimbursement system, reimbursement approval system continues to follow the lightweight frame design ideas. Approval of the reimbursement system, the key describes the jBPM business process data sheets and data sheets, jBPM integration with the Spring Framework.
