In recent years, with the rapid development of the housing market, real estate has become an important force in supporting our GDP. Along with this development, the real estate industry's many problems have popped up, such as increasing competitive pressure, the era of homogeneous competition, chaotic management, low efficiency, drastic loss of customers and so on. How to own an advantage position in the competition of external environment for the real estate industry has become a topic that the decision-makers have to think about. CRM is born to solve the problem.CRM is a new management philosophy to achieve the corporate strategy transition from the "product-centered" to "customer-centered". The core content includes sales management, marketing management and sales service and supporting. The target of CRM is to improve efficiency and meet customers'needs as much as possible; thus the enhancement of the enterprise's value.The real estate CRM is the application of the thought of CRM in the real estate industry. It forms the basis of decision-making, improves efficiency and consequently enhances the informationization, profitability and competitive advantage of the enterprise.The paper introduces the characteristics of the real estate industry and the need for the introduction to CRM at first. Then the customer relationship management system for the small and medium enterprises is designed and implemented on the basis of investigation into the real estate.This paper introduces the system architecture design and detailed design and implements the system's core modules using.NET and its relative techniques, such as the login module, customer management module, housing management module, the module housing sales, e-mail module and so on. At the same time, the system was tested to ensure the normal use via some test methods. Finally, I summarize the problem that has been resolved and still unresolved, and provide ways of improvement.
