Over the past ten years, due to the rapid development of the economy, heavy environment pressures had been accumulated in all aspects of social life, which caused serious impacts on the normal producing and living, some environment crisis even had threatened to the people's lives, such as the cancer village caused by water pollution. In the international community, our country is facing enormous pressure of cutting emissions, developed countries require that china should undertake equal task in cutting emissions, using "china is the largest country of carbon emissions in the world" as a weapon.How to reverse the current environmental crisis in our country? the medias have strong reflects. They are gradually becoming an indispensable force in environment protecting, because the coverage space is increasing, the coverage range is widening, which play a special role in awakening people's environmental awareness and promoting the public environment actions. But there are still many shortcomings in the medias'report, such as, reporting modes carefully obey the objective and neutral principle, reporting contents only aim at environment, the causes analysis only focus on the shallow layer of moral outrage, neglecting to analyze the reason of system and machining, and so on.. these shortcomings influence the effect of environment coverage.Differently, the southern weekly is successful in Forming communication effect fully, making a wide range of social influence, because it is proved that its reporting mode, reporting contents are mature, special and reasonable.October 8,2009 "Green Edition " marks the founder of a real newspaper reported normalization of the environment, the report will form a relatively fixed plate in the future, the amount of four pages of the report indicates the editor and the person in charge of environmental issues Attention; newspaper environment reports, the scope of the crisis on the environment, type, and the dissemination of way of reporting has evolved a fairly standard style.This research divides the environment reports in the past ten years into two periods, taking 2005 as the boundary, and uses content analysis method as the main method. The research will describe and analyze the characteristics of environment reports using the content analysis mode.On the reporting ways, this article believes that the environment reports reflect clear features of inheritance. In the early period, these reporting ways ware used fully. Including thematic reports and traceability reports through Setting environmental issues, the investigating and revealing report which the reporters get into the front line to interview using sociology method, narrative report by the way of "talking story" these ways have also made excellent communication effects, such as the report of "scientists question the DNA nutrition", the report of impermeable membrane event of The Old Summer Palace. In the later period, these ways ware inherited, and continue to achieve good communication effects.On the report contents, the southern weekly shows distinct evolutions. The author finds a lot of new changes, by using content analysis method. On the economy, these reports of resource, energy and chemical pollution events increase significantly, environmental action of entrepreneurs has become a new content; on the politics, the reports about conference on climate, environmental law and environmental policy are highlighted; on the social, the reports about the ecology migrants, individual survive state in environmental crisis, also reflects the differences between the early period and the later period. These evolutions reflect the changes in the environment internal relations.
