With the rapid development of E-commerce, it makes people's work and life more and more convenient. The payment functions are the core of e-commerce and play an very important role. In the background of the rapid development of the smart phone and 4G communications network, people urgentl y need a fast, convenient and secure mobile payment method. NFC technology combined with smart phone is able to provide a very fast and secure technology solutions. Compared with ot her near field communication technology, the NFC technology is safe, fast, short-range and low cost. NFC technology is widely used in the field of mobile payment.This paper introduced a payment solution based on NFC technology which has some practical value. The NFC technology combined with smart phone based online payment is able to achieve the integration of online and offline. This solution can promote NFC technology quickly. At the same time, the solution will extend payment service to the whole process of commodity trading and the solution is no longer confined to the funds transferring. It will get through the whole process of shopping, it will bring a good shopping experience and it will change people's lives.At the beginning of this paper, I studied the background and significance of mobile payment system which is based on NFC technology and I analyzed the current situation and development trend both in China and abroad. After the introduction of NFC mobile payment-related principles, I completed system analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. I was mainly to complete the following:1. In the requirements analysis phase of the mobile payment system, functional requirements and non-functional requirements are analyzed. And then I completed the business process analysis of whole process of payment servic e.2. In the system design phase, firstly, I designed the physical structure and logical structure of the system, and then I designed the system function modules, database table structure, NFC lable communication, mobile payment interface and mobile payment security.3.In the system implementation phase, I realized the NFC lable communication, mobile payment interfaces and the mainly business functions.4. In the system testing phase, according to the result of the functional test, the testing result is able to meet the basic functions of the system requirements and design requirements, it achieved the intended purpose.
