In the social development and progress of science and technology today,"has a mobile phone is not a dream,more and more private or public area is equipped with Wi-Fi,people can through mobile devices whenever and wherever possible to record and upload new horizons.With the Web2.0 era,UGC(User,Generated,Content),characterized by the user's production content,has risen quietly.Network because of its convenient,hidden features into the center of public opinion,usually is unknown to the public grassroots and therefore users can on the Internet and V,experts and media "on an equal footing".Because of the different levels,different users occupation,the quality level of high and low,the network public opinion will be the mantra,admonition,of course also full of gossip and lies.Speech,sound,images,images and other forms of user generated content converged in cyberspace,affecting the evolution mechanism of online public opinion.Through literature research and case analysis,this paper discusses the influence of grassroots phenomenon on the evolution mechanism of Internet public opinion and its causes and related countermeasures.The general public events have experienced development from infancy to and from the climax to the four stages of extinction,evolution mechanism of each stage plays a major role are the start mechanism,driving mechanism,change mechanism and resistance mechanism.In the process of the evolution of the network public opinion,every public opinion factor may affect the evolution mechanism,and even change the trend of public opinion.Among them,the roots of video become new sources of information,play detonated network public opinion starting mechanism;grassroots perspective is rich and diverse,with many newly discovered network public opinion for the mainstream media,to promote the network of public opinion to promote the development of forward driving mechanism;grassroots also have the right to speak,and through the collective voice of power to supervise the network events of public opinion,influence change mechanism,promote the process of political democracy and the rule of law;expression package,network scripts,self timer video and other grass-roots way to enrich the network public opinion space,the environment is no longer a speech every rhythm in China;the large number of users affected by the uneven level of education,especially the grass-roots population quality is generally low,very easy to form a network of violence,affects the network public opinion the evolution mechanism.The reasons for these impacts include the convenience of technology,the four majoraspects of people's enjoyment of spiritual life,the reduction of the role of opinion leaders and the reduction of the credibility of the government.However,the degree of communication between the official public opinion field and the public opinion field determines the trend of public opinion.Therefore,efforts should be made to open up two public opinion fields so as to smooth the communication between the two sides so as to better guide public opinion.The government should take an active attitude to respond to network public opinion,and make sure that it does not evade or conceal,and promptly,effectively and comprehensively disclose information to the public,so as to prevent the malignant development of online public opinion events.As the vast majority of Internet users,the grassroots also have to shoulder the responsibility of getting up,actively spread the positive energy of society,refuse internet violence,and jointly maintain a healthy and good network space.
