Research On The Right Of Discourse In Microblogging

Micro-blog, a popular application at the mobile internet era, open, free, presents numerous social hot events.It also provides discourse right to everyone and it is a market of a variety of views. In micro-blog the elite and the grassroots have the right to express their views, but the right of discourse in the use effect is not good:information overload, information excessive entertainment and information trivialization all weakened the discourse communication effect and meaning. What is more,the discourse power is as important as the discourse right.Although given the discourse right, elite and grassroots have unbalanced discourse power:the elite always dominant discourse, the roots become a subsidiary of the elite.It is not only because of the characteristics of the elite and grassroots levels, but also because of the way that micro-blog operates. But the grassroots have more advantage than the elite in some specific topics.Elite and grassroots interact frequently on public topics. Although micro-blog public domain and the ancient Greek public domain is not the same, and there are discourse right abuse phenomena like pan-politicization, populist, unprofessional views and retweet without verification, positive and rational public discussion is still worth pursuing.This paper argues that the government needs to strengthen supervision,people should improve media literacy and the elite should strengthen the sense of responsibility to achieve a better discourse condition.
