The Transition From The "Power Discourse" To "Public Discourse"

With the viewing angle of the historical evolution of the distribution pattern of discourse power, this paper studies China's TV talk show program, and summarizes the evolution features of China's TV talk show program from topic selection, grasping the conservation subject and setting of the conservation field respectively. This paper also proposes that our country's TV talk show program experiences a development track from private show of public sphere to public expression of private sphere on topic selection, and experiences a delivered process from elite discourse to mass discourse on grasping the conservation subject, and experiences a transformation track from presetting of media standpoint to guiding the public to self-express on the setting of the conservation field.At the same time, the development law and evolution trend from"power discourse"to"public discourse", which is hidden in the development track of TV talk show program and social changes, is found by reviewing and analyzing the above three levels.
