September 8 and October 14,2009, Shanghai, two well-intentioned people in the community Zhang Hui and Sun Zhongjie who pick up strangers was identified as black and urban management department vehicle operations, emergency situations, Zhang Hui, Sun sector respectively, and cutting off fingers posted online extreme tactics to maintain their innocence, but with little success. With the major media of the incident waves, and the position of the media is different from the angle of observation and reported very different show, this incident caused the attitude of the social events of view.I selected the September 12, to December 31,2009 of all domestic reports during the day "Entrapment" the event as a sample of 100 news reports, the use of quantitative statistical methods to study the method of content analysis, and theoretical framework for the support, from the lower frame, middle frame, and three levels of high-level framework of the "Entrapment" state media reports, and seek to resolve the following issues:how the media reported that the domestic two "Entrapment" event? Whether the difference media in reporting the "Entrapment"? When reported the two "Entrapment" which kind of the framework domestic media use? When reported this two "Entrapment" incidents, whether the framework of the media coverage of its contents?Meanwhile, the paper also tried through the media on "Entrapment" presents the events shown when the subject frame, frame arguments, the image frame and the media on "Entrapment," the event presents a case study of characters, drawn "Entrapment" problems, and try to external factors and internal factors in the media and other aspects of thinking about media "Entrapment" when the incident presents a problem.
