Comparative Analysis Of Foreign Media's Reporting On The 60th Anniversary Of New China

With China's national strength coming further and further, the international community pay much more attention to Chinese development, especially after 2008, with the subject of worldwide financial crisis or the worst earthquake of We chuan in China, but all the awful things didn't stop the developing pace which China already had. In the meantime, that situation causes many curiosities and debates from developed countries. So in China's 60th anniversary, of course, many hot discussions are coming by the international community sought.The article analysis foreign media's report in Chinese political issues, to study the new international relations, to learn the foreign societies'attitude to China, to establish a good Chinese international relations, and to enhance the positive image of China. This paper analysis three countries reports of China's 60-year celebration,England,American and Japan, selected the three countries representative newspaper "The Guardian", "New York Times" and "Asahi Shim bun",using Taiwan scholars Jen Tsang's the framework of the theory in three structure:the macro level, representing the significance of the article; the middle level is the formal structure of the article; the micro-level is about words,sentences,photographs of the report, to express the certainly meanings. Through the comparative studies, we will learn Chinese true image in the international media, and find out the reasons. After all that, our own media should have some reflected and work hard to spread our own values.
