China is now in rapid economic development and social transformation with many social conflicts and emergencies. Information dissemination management is the key to deal with these emergencies. Particularly in the Internet era, because of network's characteristics like full-time, no community and interaction, the internet has both advantages and limitations in disseminating information of unexpected events. Then how to strengthen and improve the network communication management becomes an urgent topic.In this paper, the writer aims to analyze Internet Communication management based on typical cases. This thesis is guided by communication studies, management, journalism ethics and laws, journalism and other related theories in the way of literature research, case analysis and comparative analysis.The whole passage has 4 parts. At first the writer outlines the background and significance of the topic, the documentation, the research methods and the innovations. Then from defining incident, the basic concept for internet dissemination, the writer summarizes the role and function of the network media in unexpected events.In the third part, it starts with the definition of unexpected events, network communication and other basic concepts. By analyzing some typical cases, it explains and proves the advantages of network transmission in time, content, channels and interactive. Then the writer analyses the existing problems of the emergency network communication such as lack of credibility, low professional coverage level of the media, the low authority as a result of bulky information and the interference effect due to rumors, but also explores the causes of the problem. At the end of the thesis, the writer provides methods to improve emergency network communication from the perspective of the government and the media. Government should establish the regulatory system of public opinion gathering, analysis and assessment, spread the news promptly, discuss it on the internet and perfect the internet communication laws, use technology to purify the internet environment and ensure that the correct orientation is maintained in public opinionOn the other hand, network media should make comprehensive reports to meet the right of public, strengthen the interactive with traditional media, strongly enhance the overall quality of employees and improve the level of reported incidents to make properly respond to emergencies. Only government and network media follow the rules of network communication can deal with the unexpected events appropriately.
