Research Of The Applied Dongying Enterprise Credit Information System

Network and database are major means for carrying out applications of the electronic government administration, which with important society significance and economic values, pushes for our country's economic development in a sound, stable, orderly and fast way. Since the reform and opening-up, our country's economy has maintained developing at top speed. However, along with the further development of market economy, the enterprises of our country are confronting with a very awkward position: credit lack. As one of the administration departments that has most close relationship with economy and enterprises, the administration department for quality and technology supervising takes the lead in using this new technology to handle this problem.The key of credit lack is information asymmetry. In order to truly form an effective enterprise credit management system, all the quality supervision departments must effectively exchange and share the information they have, and establish the unified and normative enterprise credit information system. Focusing on the enterprise credit problem, combined with the specific conditions of the quality supervision department, this paper integrates the business of all the quality supervision departments, and sets up the platform for information to be exchanged and shared among those departments. Meanwhile, based on the original data on quality supervision collected by the departments, this paper also uses the modules and methods from enterprise credit evaluation system for reference to generate an overall enterprises quality credit appraisal as credit information management platform for the managers and public. Firstly, the paper constructs the general structure based on the analyzing of the requirements of these departments'business and the system itself. Then it does the designs for the three functional modules (data collecting, data analyzing and web applications) that the system should implements. Also it designs the system security for the government departments'requirements. And at last we establish the Research of the applied Dongying enterprise creditinformation system. The paper utilizes the XML to build the data module based on the thorough analysis about data, collects enterprises'credit data from the 9 quality supervising departments, and transforms, analyzes and gathers the data that collected, designs the system's Web application and designs the system security in detail. At last, the paper gives the concrete implementation including the key implementation technology, the implementation of system security and the demonstrations of the interfaces.
