The Design And Implementation Of Construction Enterprise Credit Management System For Kunming City

With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and development, construction industry now play the pillar roles in the national economy, the modernization of cities and urban infrastructure construction have entered a stage of fast development. But, there is a contradiction between the rapid development and expansion of the construction industry and lacking of corresponding rules on the market supervision system, which inevitably leads to the problems about credit evaluation of construction enterprise. In such an environment, the government in Kunming hopes to use advanced computer technology and database technology to research and develop credit evaluation management system suitable for building enterprise, to regulate credit system in the Kunming construction market, to strengthen the credit management of construction enterprises, so as to promote the rapid and orderly development of construction market.In order to better design and development, we use Struts, Spring and Hibernate SSH open source framework and combine with the MVC mode in software design to develop construction enterprise credit evaluation management system in Kunming, our system is based on B/S mode, and use Java Language to code, design of web page is tend to JSP technology, background database is Sql Server 2014.As the development language is Java, the method during system design and development process is the object-oriented method, using standard modeling language UML to define the stage of the system.Construction enterprise credit evaluation management system in Kunming achieve four functions, respectively are the construction of enterprise business management, the synthetic evaluation of credit management, credit information management and display of extra-network information management. Among them, the construction of enterprise business management functions includes basic information management, automatically collect information, application of credit information management and the query of enterprise credit information; Synthetic credit evaluation management functions include approval of enterprise application information, enterprise bad information management, objection information management, query of enterprise credit information, effective credit information management and change of behavior information management; Credit evaluation information management functions include announcements management, evaluation standard management and laws and regulations management; display of extra-network information management includes ranking management and publicity management.After the running of construction enterprise credit appraisal management system, the system of construction enterprise’s credit management is standardized, basically we realize the unified management of construction enterprise credit information management in Kunming, besides we standardize the market development in Kunming city and credit evaluation system, and make sure the reasonable and orderly development of the construction market.
