This part affirmed the achievement of our country's enterprise credit file construction first, then focused the analysis on the problems that still existed in the process of construction. These problems mainly related to four aspects, involving the awareness, the regulation mechanism, the management of the main and the specific management links. The fourth part, the countermeasures to improve our country's enterprise credit file construction. This section is the main body of the paper. Facing the problems that still exists in the construction of enterprise credit files, this section made a detailed and targeted account on how to complete our country's enterprise credit file construction work by strengthening credit awareness, improving the regulation mechanism, perfecting the management system and paying special attention to management links.
