The Research Of Chinese Government Regulation About Private Book Industry Since Reform And Opening

Press and publication industry in China in 2009 exceeded one trillion GDP, and private book industry has contributed much for that. A data shows that, in 2009,National Private Culture Studios take part in the production of 40,000 kinds of books,whith is almost a quarter of all the year's new books. And in the distribution area of books, the private book industry has already taken a very important role several years ago.Since the reform and opening up, the private book industry birth,grow in its own way. In this process, the Chinese government plays an indispensable role. Sometimes,it is to promote the development of private book industry, and sometimes hinder the private book industry,But more often, it make the private book industry to grow up healthy. At the same time, the private book industry also contributed to the Government's reform and progress.In this paper, i try to show the changes of regulation about private book industry and the reasons behind the changes,since reform and opening up,at the theoretical perspective of Regulation Economics.The history of private book industry will be display too. Besides, i will give out the characteristics of the government regulation about private industry and some recommendations aout that.This paper can be divide into three parts. The first part is the first chapter. This chapter explained the background, project significance, research methods, current research and related theories and definitions outlined in the definition. The second part contains the second,third,fourh chapters. In this paper,the changes of the Chinese government regulation of private book industry, are divided into three stages, namely the market access phase of regulation and regulatory relaxation phase and the new phase. In each chapter, it contains the changes of regulation and their causes, the growing of private book industry, and the new problems brought by the changes and so on.The third part is the fifth chapters. In this chapter,i wanna to forecast the future trends of the changes of China government regulation about the private book industry.
