At present, many electronic documents have sprung up. However, the value of these electronic documents are not high because they are lack of good scientific management,securities, retrieval and access controlling when they are stoned in personal computers. Therefore, it is a critical problem for us to solve.In response to this demand, based on the analysis of the existing document management system, this paper has studied the design and specific implementation of the document management system based on Microsoft .NET framework. The contents in this paper mainly include: using .NET technology to establish a B/S document management system model; implementing the assorted management of the Document and inquiring the document; Set up the user right of the document management system.The programming language of my system is C#.NET and background Database is SQL Server2005.
