Research And Development Of Enterprise Document Management System

A mass of documents information is being on the enterprise operation at the present time.because of difficulty searching and management ,they lost much of power of men and material resources and lower the work efficiency of the enterprise. At the same time the Document Management System on the market are expensive and rigour to his support environment. Facing such present situation, a product aimed at mid-scale or small-scale enterprise was urgent needed.Based on the research of the theory of UML, technique of database ,the development technology of software and the technology explores of network security, we searched a road which applied the third controls of Stream in the Documents Management System, modularizing the development of software.We finished the following four aspects question:1,We modelized the software with the UML.2,We researched the RBAC and the security of the system.3,we successfully created a unit which was used to solution the technology in database memory and transmission of the different form document (for example htm, html, mht, word, wps form and so on, txt, rtf) and several kind of common types graphs.4,With the Delphi system,We did not only achieve the compiling of documents but also photograph.
