Based On The WEB Design And Implement Of Enterprise Financial Document Management System

With the corporate management of information technology continue to accelerate the process, the application of information systems for enterprise management had a profound impact. In particular, financial management, the need for massive core enterprise data accurately collecting, processing and dissemination of information is the inevitable for enterprises.To construct a financial budget management information system in line with characteristics of the times, this paper follows the software engineering development cycle model, from requirements analysis?system design? system implementation?system testing and other aspects of the research enterprise, discussed the financial voucher management system.The paper combined with the financial voucher management needs of the development of enterprises, analysis mainly from the financial voucher management? financial management books?financial accounts queries?reports?statistics and other aspects of financial needs. To meet the needs of a remote management system using Web-based technology development three B/S architecture, using MVC design, selected on using the popular Struts lightweight development framework. Three-tier system based on MVC architecture, client layer to provide users with a visual interface, business logic adaptation calculations and data manipulation in completion of customer request, the data layer to store, manage data. Each one focuses on a specific function, the system has good scalability, robustness and maintainability. After running a test, the new system has a good performance, easily operate, for the modernization of corporate financial voucher management have a good reference.This paper is mainly on the base of My Eclipse,using UML technology and J2EE technology, back data system based on SQLserve2008 data management system.using JAVA design financial voucher management system,mainly works are as followings:1) introduce the background of research?purpose?the present research of domestic and overseas?this article itself research.2) introduce the analysis of the needs?data base?the specific function design and planning,and also the procedure of designing the system.3) introduce the key technology of designing the system,this article discussed manly on overall system design function model design?data base design?system realized etc.one by one discussed on major function model.4) In the end,we give a conclusion of this article,by the way,we give the suggestion of system development and our experiment of system development.
