Specialized Secondary Schools In Shangrao Integrated Management Information Platform Design And Implementation

In the age of of information ,knowledge and network information,campus integrated management platform depend on the theory and ideas of the management information in a vocational school , meet the development needs of the times actively, which is the inevitable result of the school scale and the rapid development of computer . In vocational schools, school management is a very complicated and very important work, which includes student management, teacher management, teaching transaction management, library management and so on. It has been a long time since the Secondary information management theory came out, but in many vocational schools it is still not compeletly put into effect. the relevant information of students from enrollment to graduation, the inforamtion of the teachers and their reseach are still not well managed, which are quite important for the school decision-making and management. So the campus integrated management information platform should provide users with sufficient information and convenient means of inquiry. However, people have been using the traditional manual management of paper files. As we all know, this management approach has low efficiency, poor security, inconvinient check- up and other shortcomings.Besides,with time passing, we will produce a large number of files and data, which have brought a lot of difficulties for the search, update and maintenance .This paper used the technology about Web and making the certain inquisition on its characteristic, use, superiority and so on. This paper use the UML unification modeling language for the secondary vocational school information management system based on the Web the module modeling and the demand analysis,and for the research to system's overall architecture.And places in with emphasis system's demand analysis and the design in the secondary vocational school information management system,has designed eight functional modules. They are the student administration module,the personnel managerment module and so on.Using the eight functional modules for the information classified management of the secondary vocational school.Moreover,the contact of the school between guardians and employers in the Secondary vocational school's day-to-day affairs is the important factor in the promotion of the School education to raise the standard of teaching .So that in the system design and realized carry on some attempts.In this article conclusion part,summarize the research of this paper and advance the direction and focus of the future research.The content of this paper research is a new attempt for the imformation management of secondary vocational schools.If this system successfully implement,it will play a big role in promoting for the development of secondary vocational school ,and also be able to have a far-reaching impact in enrollment and employment of secondary vocational school.
