Through thesystem construction, not only to the original university employment managementwork more scientific and standardized the process of definition, but also effectivelyimplements the function expansion, thus making the tianjin university student employment management work has greatly improved the management efficiency andservice quality, at the same time, also catering to the general direction of the rapiddevelopment of information construction in colleges and universities.On the system technical route and implementation scheme, this system adoptsB/S combined with C/S mixed mode as the overall architecture of the system, thesoftware logical architecture using the Spring MVC+Spring+Hibernate frameworkcombination design, taking into account the choice of application server system,real-time traffic and load balancing problems using the current popular Weblogic ofsuperior performance, the Database server USES the Oracle Database11g. Developlanguage choice in today’s popular Java language. To the database using Hibernateencapsulate JDBC connection and operation technology to realize, so that the Webserver running speed and the efficiency of database operations have improved.
