Political Work Of The Armed Police Force Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the quick development of computer technology and the increasing popularity of network, the political work of the Armed Police Force faces opportunities and challenges. Information revolution not only places an impact on social polity, economy, culture, life and other fields ,but also has a profound impact on national security strategy, national military strategy, military and operational theory and so on. This leads to the basic point of thinking converting from"material"to"information", which shows the trend of information. Building a modern armed police, requires us to integrate with the existing MIS resources, and have a deep research on the areas which MIS is not involved in. It is extremely urgent and necessary for the Armed Police Force to make efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of completing the task.Based on the current developed formation of Cadre Information Management System and organizational strength of the statistical system, I will finish this thesis by learning from their successful experience and avoiding weaknesses. According to my year's experience in political work which I have been engaged in the Armed Police Forced Academy as well as the"regulations on Political Work"of People's Liberate Army and relevant regulations of political work in the Armed Police Force, we will develop the information management system which is appropriate for the political work of the Armed Police Force Academy. In the process of building a modern armed police, we will take advantage of the database system to share the network resources through making use of the WEB network technology, and take the platform for the existing network of the Armed Police Force Academy into consideration, meanwhile focus on the design of science, advancement, practicality, independence, easy maintainability and so on. During peaceful times, we can take the political work-related information and resources to the server for dealing on the one hand . On the other hand, we can make full use of the resources and provides more accurate and timely information for policy-makers. During the war , it can become an independent comprehensive political work of information database when completing a variety of tasks, which is an independent and efficient wartime political platform. This will fully realize the comprehension, integration, continuity and dynamics in the whole process of management. It also fully plays the role in the service assurance of political work.In this thesis, there are six chapters. The first chapter focuses on collating relevant information, while it analyzes the background of current research projects, and it also expounds domestic and foreign-related research and information management status of political work of the Armed Police Force Academies. The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of systematic research, mainly introducing and comparing on the C/S, B/S and XML, and makes the actual structural model which is adjust to the information management of the ideological and political work of the Armed Police Force Academies and grass-roots. The third chapter analyzes the system in details, including analysis of requirements, analysis of feasibility and so on. It also makes flow charts of the system and data. The forth chapter mainly designs the system. Starting with the development goal of the system, it chooses from the System Development Platform., and designs the function module of the software system. Finally it designs for the database and security of the system. The fifth chapter analyzes the key problems which we face in a design system, and technology realizes. The sixth chapter tests on the system.
