Study On Expert System For The Ideological And Political Work In Grass-Roots Units

In this paper, the status quo of the ideological and political work in grassroots units is analyzed, then based on the popular fussy expert system development tool called FuzzyCLISP, a system architecture is put forward for expert system about ideological and political workers in grassroots force in order to resolve problems such as dispersed knowledge, too many factors which influence the soldiers'thinking, the different characteristics of soldiers, followed by collecting and summing up the large, dispersed knowledge of the ideological and political work, a knowledge base for expert system which is about knowledge of influences of soldiers'thinking in grassroots force is established and so is the formation of the knowledge system. This paper also analyzes the fuzzy matching methods of influences of solders'thinking and develops the expert system of ideological and political work based on FuzzyCLIPS.The ideological and political work expert system designed good human-computer interaction interface combining actual situation of ideological and political workers whose have basic computer skills but not skilled at it. Also, the system adopts module design and each module is interrelated and independent facilitating addition, modification and delete of knowledge, which is based on fact that the ideological and political work knowledge is improving with improving of soldiers'quality and social progress and troops treatment.We research principle and development method of expert system. Our overall solutions are as follows: using FuzzyCLIPS to build knowledge base and inference engine and using Visual Basic to build human-computer interaction interface integrating inference engine services by data exchange to implement expert system on the ideological and political work in company.
