At present, military is gradually perfect the cadre evaluation system established, the introduction of the commanding officer appraisal implementation methods, but there are coarse evaluation indicators, evaluation methods are more backward, poor evaluation, efficiency and other issues. The Political cadreshas not yet developed a specific evaluation of scientific standards. Meanwhile, construction of information technology to meet military requirements, the electronic Human Resource Management introduced the concept of evaluation work in the military cadres, cadres and evaluation can greatly improve work efficiency, reduce evaluation costs.This article is to address these issues, to examine and evaluate the work of the military and political cadres for the study, combined with the actual work of political cadres and military characteristics, indicators and technical methods from two aspects, re-evaluation of information system design and political cadres. In the index system, primarily to establish the scientific cadre examination review guide, detailed evaluation criteria, to optimize the evaluation process, evaluation of how efforts to solve the political cadres, test, test what is the problem; in technical systems, primarily for program strict cadre examination, the complexity of the actual data analysis, the electronic Human Resource Management concepts and technology applied to the evaluation work in the political cadres, and the use of data mining technology to a comprehensive analysis of evaluation results, to achieve political cadres appraisal of automation and information technology to enhance evaluation of efficiency, how to solve test problems.This paper's key tasks:1, in-depth study and detailed evaluation of the political cadres of the standards and methods, combined with the actual construction of the various political cadres of the evaluation criteria and methods.2, a detailed study of the electronic Human Resource Management (eHR) introduced the concept of political cadres in the way of work evaluation, analysis of the political cadres of the system requirements for information system evaluation, evaluation of the political cadres of the overall information system design.3, the study of data mining technology into the political cadres evaluation information system approaches, the use of decision tree methods for evaluation of the results of the various political cadres into the mining analysis, the political cadres of the evaluation conclusions.4, analysis of evaluation findings were verified, and study the information system introduced into the army in the evaluation of the feasibility of various cadres.
