Study And Realization Of The Brigade Or Regiment Political Work Management Information System Based On .NET

The informationization of political work and the present situation of network management of our army are analyzed deeply in the thesis. According to the political work reality of basic unit army, the whole structure of the Brigade or Regiment Political Work MIS based on three-layer B/S structure is constructed by adopting SQL Server database and the .NET technology which is very popular at present and the key techniques and methods for the system realization are studied. The system development carries on under the VS.NET 2003 environment, applies SQL Server 2000 to construct databases, uses ASP.NET to unify VB.NET to design the Web application, and realizes the connection between system and database through ADO.NET.The functional structure of the system breaks the traditional management pattern, in which the political organ of the brigade and regiment were used to storing documents and information with paper, classifies and integrates the complex work of political institutions according to modular idea, and generates the overall structure which includes five main modules: organization's work, cadres' work, publicity's work, ward's work and contact working masses'. Hence the standardized management is realized effectively about the collection and collation, storage, consult and search etc, of the political work information of basic unit army, which guarantees the accuracy, timeliness, integrity, relatedness and security of political work information. Thus the powerful safeguard is provided for the comprehensive enhancement of the troop's combat effectiveness and modern management level.The modularized system structure model can make every module both independent to each other and relate mutually.Meanwhile, it can be well expanded. Adopting the three-layered architecture of the B/S model, the system makes the operation and maintenance of client simple and convenient.The departments and organizations at the grass-roots level distributed in different places are also able to share information, communicate and correspond quickly with the network function of this system. Running example indicates that the whole structure and function of the system are reasonable and comparatively perfect, and it can meet the demands of the political work informatization management in brigade or regiment.
