Under the traditional communication context, the common information communication hascharacteristics of political leading, resource controlling, communication unilaterally and dealinginformation authoritatively.To some degree, these characteristics lead to adverse tendency in thetraditional method of common information communication. For instance, the relationship between thegovernment and the people has become opposition. It has become highly systematizing that commoninformation communication. The possibility of the political subject rent-seeking has becomeincreasing.It has changed the common communication context that the micro-blogging becomes the methodof common information communication. As an emerging self-media, micro-blogging hascharacteristics of interaction, instantaneity and pluralism. These traits make the micro-bloggingindispensable to the traditional method of common information communication. Thus the newcommon information communication has the relevant traits. However, as a double-edged sword,micro-blogging will also make some adverse tendency because of its limit. For instance, the agendasetting make the mind confused. Due to lack of gatekeeper, the information lose the capability ofmaking right.The authority of the government is losing, because the information becomes more andmore muddy. The unprecedented communication speed makes the governmental crisis modelineffective.The micro-blogging, as a communication method of the common information, has somedrawbacks. Therefore the government should accomplish the socialistic core value system, andstrengthen the capacity of government information guide, and cultivate the authority of governmentresources under the new situation, and steer social information rationally and enhance the social crisiswarning system, to transform its political ideas and strengthen the management capacity of publicinformation. The micro-blogging, as a necessary complement to the communication method of thecommon information, will open a new comments field, and promote the further development ofdemocracy.
