Administrative department of the public security organ is an important integratedfunctions, plays the role of bridge and link in the construction of public security team,working range, workload is big, complex, a comprehensive and highly professional.Long-term since, due to the particularity of public security work, political work hascontinued with the more traditional "paper" office mode, in the current efficiency ofthe social development situation, to a certain extent affected the work efficiency. ThePolitical Department of Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau has been to "active,thoughtful, service, innovation" concept, put one’s heart and soul into for the broadmasses of the people and the vast majority of police service. In order to do politicalwork, we decided to develop the political work management system of TianjinMunicipal Public Security Bureau, the application of information technology to thepublic security ideological and political work management, make the managementwork orderly, efficient operation.Through our investigation into the local administrative department for more thana year, and summarizes the specific needs of the political work of the grass-roots unit.Through the use of SqlServer2008, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server2007software, we rely on the public security network construction of the political workmanagement system of Tianjin Municipal Public Security bureau.The system design is divided into user management, information management,personnel information management, document management and system managementmodule five. Including the proposed network framework design of communicationlayer, resource layer, business layer, and a release layer system construction.The system realizes sharing public lands office process automation as well asbasic data, which can share data between different administrative department, and onthis basis, realization of data query, data statistics, data analysis and other functions,for decision-making to provide strong data support.In the end of this paper, the function of each module of the system runningexamples, the results are described and demonstrated.
