The deployment patterns of domestic banking self-service equipment fall into in-bank and out-of-bank styles. The out-of-bank pattern is a mode of unattended operation running 24 hours, which makes it difficult for the maintenance people to forecast the machine condition, to early intervene and timely troubleshoot. In addition, Equipment differences require the machine keepers to master different hardware operations and troubleshooting. And it increases the operational toughness and cost. This thesis analyzes the WOSA/XFS, and the working difficulties in equipment maintenance. It designs and implements the self-service equipment operation management system based on XFS standard to solve the problems mentioned above. The system uses the completion of hybrid architecture model of C/S and B/S, in which the C/S architecture is for collecting status information of equipment from the client (ATM), realizing the identification and filtering of breakdowns automatically, and saving them to the database. This module works for the XML service. B/S structure used by the browserwill show device status to equipment and send remote control commands, the module for the WEB service. Two services to access the same database in order to collect, display and control device status information. Systems developed using JAVA language, can be seamlessly deployed on a variety of server hardware and software platforms. The thesis concludes the following parts:I. It extracts equipment management business module and establishes the logical service model:fault classification, includinghardware and software faults, lack of operational resources; Fault process management, the status definition and movement of the progress from troubleshooting happening to solving. Achieved the state of the fault information automatic recording, notifications and updatesII. Based on analysis of XFS standard, this thesis designs and implements a system that contains all the hardware module of the ATM equipment fault code translation system and cash unit information integrationmechanism. shielding the influence from the models differences. And that makes all equipment that survive the XFS standard test cases can be connected to the system.III. It reasonably designs system architecture so as to dismiss the system pressure caused by centralized management of equipment system. The system uses C/S and B/S hybridarchitecture model. The system uses Apache MINA web application development framework for Java asynchronous (NIO) technology to release the C/S communication pressure. Also it uses JAVA thread pool technology to analysis to improve the business logical and concurrent processing pressure.IV. It selects appropriate application development framework and technology, making a system compatible with a variety of service platforms. The system uses JAVA language development, isolating system operation and the correlation of the operation system. WEB services development adopts the SPRING+HIBERNATE architecture and technology, which makes it possible that implementation can be deployed in a variety of WEB containerand support a variety of mainstream database software. After the requirements analysis, system design, coding and testing process, ultimately the system succeeds. The system uses the WOSA/XFS standard, successfully shielding the influence caused by the hardware differences of vendors. It implements all the automatic identification of fault information tracking, real-time monitoring of remote desktop, which to a great extent improves the quality of the self-service equipment and service image. Meanwhile, the design of the system modularization and low coupling method implement the horizontal scalability of system. The countless accumulation of service and hardware data provides solid foundation for the incoming improvements of service managements.
