In recent years,urban electricity infrastructure construction was turned into underground gradually with the urban construction rapidly. The number of electric power pipe increase year by year, but the way of management could not satisfy the developing of electric pipes. The traditional way could easily made the pipe's date chaos, information incomplete it will injured the electric cable safely operation.Research on this project in order to solve above problems.the system use GIS(Geographic Information System, a kind of technological system of Comprehensive analysis and deal with the geographical spatial data) technology establish an unify and an open basic datebase.the system's core is business management, the way of management was statistical analysis and thematic shows. The target was date application and decision support. We can strengthen the management of electric power pipes effective, master the situation about constructions and utilization quickly. Make the power pipes plan and construction more scientific through utilize the system. In addition we could reduce the waste of finished power pipes effectively, avoid forgetting the finished pipes which could not used fully. Cut down extra invest on constructionReserching on management style and technical method a set of advanced and practical management solutions are bring out in this article.
