With the continuous development of information technology, more and more information systems are being applied to the daily management of the enterprise, data management is one of the advanced nature of the performance of the modern enterprise. Facing to the more increasing complex business needs, huge data management, information system must be unified to dispatch and management. Both to enhance business efficiency and save operating costs. As a large service-oriented enterprise, information management has been brought into daily management of Airport Company.Airport information management mainly includes the data management, information display management, business management, resource management etc, which faces to passengers is the airport flight information display system, namely the Flight Information Display System (FIDS). The latest flight information can be displayed in all display terminals of airport, both convenient for passengers, airport staff to view and query. The information display system’s working efficiency reflects the overall informatization level of airport.The traditional airport flight information display system (FIDS) which in used is hard to maintain, cannot provide abundant data display and be modified according to business needs in time. In order to solve these problems, we have designed and developed a new flight information display system. This system uses high scalable, high stability design, which incorporates most advanced information management technology. Design features applicable to the actual airport business needs, while support business expansion. The platform versatility and practicality of two-way device management in this design, improved the system efficiency, coped with the high availability of airport show business.The flight information display system uses J2EE technology, combined with the network application, separates control management and client display and convenient to deploy. Multimedia technology, Java technology has been used in the flight information display system customer display, provided passengers a brand-new visual and interactive experience, enrich ways of flight information display system and provide a full range of three-dimensional services.This system improves the management capabilities of airport to coordination of each subsystem and automatic, solved the compatibility of FIDS equipment and diversity of FIDS information, and also can respond to changes in the airport business needs and passenger’s requirements, suitable for large-scale airport environment which under high load and good stability.The system uses MVC pattern design and separates business logic and data display, which aims to achieve the division of functions of Web systems. System design uses a standardized design that can be combined between each module flexibly, Data processing are more independent, in order to avoid interference of data formats and improve the ability to adapt the system itself, easy to maintain, easy to manage, easy to modify. The effects of display is managed by a template designer, data processing core respond to build the system body engine, the final data output terminals is composed by the various types of display devices. Background database system chosen Microsoft SQL2005, the main program uses the Java language. The main purpose is to make the system has good compatibility, stability and efficiency.The service kernel mainly adopts cache technology, will greatly improve the data processing speed. In data extraction, the direct analytical presentation template, in accordance with the template data needs to be inserted in the final generation, display page.The service core of system mainly uses cache technology, which significantly increases the data processing speed. After the data extraction, system analysis and display templates directly, inserts therein according to the template data needs, creates the display pages finally.Background monitoring uses data reporting mode, each screen within the stipulated time will access the server, if the access cannot occur in time, the system will immediately give warning.System for better hardware compatibility, display devices support the popular LCDs and tube displays. The mainly management of devices is capable of increasing and deleting the equipment in numbers according to needs; and also modifying the equipment documents, and so on. The various types of equipment can be controlled by system, and the equipment can also by displayed as an icon in the corresponding position in system, to presents the running status of device in different styles, such as whether the device is working in right condition, if there is a runtime error, and so on. All management data are displayed with icon, which can carry out specific operations, click on the specific icon to control a specific device. For convenience, the management menu provides personnel with abundant ways of operation to make data modification and equipment configuration.
