Along with our country the level of informatization of civil aviation industry is becoming more and more high,the important civil aviation information system has become the key information infrastructure for the country's key protection.It has brought great benefits to the society and the country,but also brought many insecurity factors.At present,the grade protection has been written into the cyber security law,and the legal recognition of the grade protection work has been proved from the national level.Therefore,the civil aviation unit attaches great importance to the level of protection assessment work,through the level of protection assessment of the information system for detailed security assessment,timely detection of the vulnerable areas of the system to protect the system safe and stable operation.There are two main innovations:(1)A unit safety evaluation model of the entropy weight neural network is proposed.There are many evaluation indicators for each security element of the information system,and there are correlations among the evaluation indicators,which makes the evaluation indicators and unit security assessment results show a very complex nonlinear relationship.Using the evaluation data of all indicators under the same unit to construct the evaluation index matrix,the entropy weight method is used to eliminate the invalid index,and the important index is used as the input vector of the BP neural network model to solve the correlation between the various evaluation indicators and obtain the optimal value.The BP neural network evaluation model overcomes the shortcomings of traditional mathematical methods that cannot solve nonlinear problems.(2)The overall safety assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.Unit safety values are obtained through the unit safety assessment model.The weights of the elements are weighted by the importance of the rough set attributes,and the degree of membership of each element index to the evaluation level is calculated using the extension correlation function.The weights and membership degree matrix of each element are fuzzy synthesized to obtain the overall security value and security of the information system grade.
