In this issue, we introduce the situation that AFTN and FIN cannot interchange information with each other. through researches and experiments, some key technology of gate are investigated in detail, the main result are presented in the following.Analysis with the structure and status of AFTN and FIN network, compare them in transfer and data format, after that, draw the conclusion that the two network cannot interchange information freely, and present some method about solving it.Algorithm Based on Context-free Grammar in Decoding Telegram by describing the system structure and function structure of the Flight Data System. This paper discussed how to combine the method of Context-Free Grammar with the character of telegram to describe the grammar rule of the telegram and decode telegram. In practice, the algorithm have better adaptability and accuracy than others.Model of Flight Plan Process, based on flight schedule, flight telegram, system generate flight plan data, the flight plan data includes departure time, arrival time, flight route, etc. Flight Plan process maintains the status of flight plans, it can also provide data for sending out flight information.Generate flight information based on XML template, building up a serial of telegram grammar rules using XML, using these rules to generate flight telegram, so when a telegram's grammar has been changed, modify the XML of it, do not need to modify the programmed code.Technologies above had been used in a practical system, the system act an important role in air traffic control of our country.
