With the era of Web2.0, "citizen journalism" flourished in the United States during the 1990s of last century. "Nan Fang Media Research"(volume 17, 2009) published by Nan Fang Daily Press put forward the concept of Mass-participated . The boundaries between audience and disseminator are broken. Mass-participated Communication is originally carried out by new media such as mobile phones, the network media, and the video media, etc.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. The second part is the concepts about Mass-participated Communication and the Transformation of the Discourse Power. The third part, divided into six sections, is the core of this paper. It describes the development of Mass-participated Communication and five mainstream media in detail, and analyzes the Transformation of the Discourse Power during the process. The fourth part pointes out that there will be many problems during the transformation of the Discourse Power. Last part comes the conclusion.This paper is aiming to give objective and statistical data and make a serious analysis by using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The convergent development of Mass-participated Communication and five mainstream media leads to the ending of the era of media dominant discourse power and the coming of the era of audience dominant discourse power. The trend of Mass-participated Communication's development will go on, which will have great practical significances for controlling and using discourse power.
