File Information Resources Sharing Mechanism Studies

In recent years, people's information rights are awakening increasingly with the development of the information society, So people demand of Archival information is gradually changing from the traditional and simple to a more convenient access and through the use of information technology access. So how to make the Archival information resources to break through time and space constraints have become of great concern to the archival community. From the range concerned, if the Archival information resources can achieve sharing of provincial, regional and even national, then the public's demand for getting Archives information can be well satisfied. So I visited Yunnan archives,Kunming archives and Pan long archives,which are representative of comprehensive archives.And I collected amount of data about Archival information resources of foreign, domestic and Yunnan province. Then I proposed the Archival information resource Sharing mechanism. In this paper I studied from the following aspects mainly:First, It described the concept of Archival information resources sharing and related theories; Second I analysis the nessesity and feasibility of the Archival information resources sharing;Third I analysis the obstacles they faced on the basis of detailing the status of the Archival information resources sharing of Yunnan Province; Fourth I proposed seven mechanisms of Archival information resources sharing of Yunnan province, which are interrelated and reinforcing mutually. Those are academic proposals, so I hope these proposals have values for the development of Yunnan.
