Software Design Of Large Enterprise Mobile Office Automation (OA) System

With the wide use of intelligent terminal equipment and such applications are becoming more and more mature,which makes mobile office automation(mobile OA)this at any time and any place to move the way of dealing with computerized content demand began to appear.On the other hand,the company is looking for efficient management of the way,hoping to integrate the automated information systems have been built,so the PC OA system is a breakthrough point of mobile.Mobile office application system not only can realize the traditional OA system which has the function,also can achieve some of the original office system could not achieve mobility function,realize the business field of mobile terminal and seamless integration of enterprise collaborative management system,and may at any time,with convenient access to relevant information,enterprise.The content of this paper is the software design of mobile office automation(OA)system,and the research content is divided into the following aspects:1.system requirements analysis,based on the existing PC OA system to sort out the functional module of the mobile terminal OA system,proposed the feasibility of the project.2.technology selection,selection of intelligent mobile phone based on APP as the mobile OA display carrier to support Android and iOS(Apple)2 mobile phone operating system,select the relevant mobile phone technology development APP server interface of JAVA system.3.system design,planning the overall structure of the software is divided into the presentation layer,service layer and data layer of the 3 layer,and describes the implementation method of each layer,and the software of the system operating environment requirements.4.system coding and implementation,With the implementation of the system of Android mobile phone using Eclipse encoding,APP(IDE)integrated development environment developed,iOS mobile phone with Xcode APP(IDE)integrated development environment developed,server interface using JAVA language in Eclipse(IDE)integrated development environment developed.This paper is a large state-owned high-tech manufacturing enterprises PC terminal based on OA system,mobile OA system through the transformation of the PC terminal of OA system development is completed,put into use to improve office efficiency,has a significant role in promoting the company to save costs,because this has a strong practical value.
